Randy Haddadin, Realtor® GRI

After graduating from George Mason University in 1996, with a Business degree and a concentration in Management Information Systems, Randy Haddadin accepted his first consulting position in the IT field at the inception of the Internet boom. Focusing on client and network support, he quickly developed a skill set that would later help transition him in to the Real Estate industry. These skills include: a strong business knowledge, excellent communications, and organization and team skills with a strong results-orientated ability to achieve within diverse environments and technical applications skills; and adeptness at assessing needs and fulfilling critical business requirements. This skill set was keeping the client happy and supporting them and solving every issue that came up. The many clients he needed to keep happy were the likes of Andersen Consulting (Accenture), Ernst & Young and Bell Atlantic to name a few.

With this experience, working in the Real Estate industry just made it easier to transition into. It was the same type of work but in a different industry. When asked what were the similarities between the two industries his answer was? "Even though the IT field was totally different, the end result was the same: the client had a problem and I needed to find the solution". Most people would think that all Realtors do is just find a home and magically make a sale and a nice commission. As we Realtors know, it not that easy and it's a step by step process with many bumps in the road before we find the final product that our clients will be happy with and that's just the beginning of the process.

Randy states that working in this field could be a rewarding experience but at the same time a difficult one. He is thankful for the people he has worked with and believes to really make it in this business you need to surround yourself with the best and learn from the best. He is licensed in Florida and Virginia and holds a GRI, the Graduate Realtor Institute designation. Buying property is a complex and stressful endeavor. In fact, it's often the biggest single investment one will make in their lifetime. At the same time, real estate transactions have become increasingly complicated. New technology, laws, procedures and the increasing sophistication of buyers and sellers require real estate practitioners to perform at an ever-increasing level of professionalism. So, it's more important than ever that you work with an agent like Randy Haddadin who has a keen understanding of the real estate business.
